Vintage Gagliano (Hofner 173) Solidbody electric guitar! Powered by two Diamond logo Hofner Single Coil Pickups (That's right! These are single coils!) on a frame of solid wood body (not sure of species) and a maple neck with a rosewood fingerboard. Has the original pots and switches which have been cleaned. Modifications include
-Ground wire added to tailpiece
-Schaller tuners added by a previous owner
-Replaced trem arm and spring
-Non-original white strap buttons
-Missing knobs replaced with vintage bakelite knobs
 
Overall a very cool guitar and a ton of character. We really like the particular checking and patina on this example.
I would suggest putting a different bridge if you use an unwound third (currently has D'addario 10's) for better intonation but we are leaving it original for your consideration. This guitar includes it's original HSC which is a little rough but it works.
